Filipino Food: Ginisang Pakbet
Have I told you that I love to cook? Well, because I love to cook, I also love to eat, and because I love to eat, I am chunky. Who cares if I am chunky, at least I am not starving
I made this dish last night, and I am so satisfied with the result. I shared some to my friend Alena and I guess, she thinks it tastes good too. I don’t always cook this recipe even if I want too, due to the fact that the Asian store is too far away from me. The only ingredients from this recipe that I can get at Walmart are Okra (frozen) and the green beans. I have to drive all the way to Madison to get the eggplant, bitter melon, squash (the ones the I like) and sometimes it can be a hassle. But, once I start eating, I am in heaven.
If you love to cook like me, you are going to make a lot of people happy, especially your family.. Have a great day to all…

This recipe is rich source of Iron and many other nutrients. Nice Food Blog.Keep posting.
