My HOME and KITCHEN

Once in a while, I try to be the best wife to my husband,  not very often that I get my butt off my wooden chair away from my computer to make sure that my family is taken care off, especially my husband during weekend. Saturday, Sunday or Holidays are the only days that I can cook for him in the morning, or that we can eat as a family. The kids, I have no worries, they would eat anything I give them. with Rodney, he will be thrilled if I put effort and time to make him breakfast.

Last weekend, I had this motivation to get up and make breakfast for him. Even though he’s been complaining that his pants don’t fit anymore, and he needed new belt with more holes, I still did what I thought is best, “cook him breakfast” and I did, and served it while he’s in bed watching episodes of Battlestar Galactica. He gets so excited when I do that, he feels loved..Hehehe! I guess, it doesn’t happen all the time, so when it happens, he really savors the day and the opportunity.

My husband’s breakfast last Sunday, Cinnamon rolls, steak ham and scrambled eggs.

One serving was enough for him. I limit his food intake now, he’s gaining weight and he’s getting wide, grrr…
